Equipment tracking - All equipment received is tracked and given a unique reference number for traceability and records maintained for a minimum period of seven years. Electronic reports detailing tracking details of repairs are available for large volume repair customers.

With a large inventory of parts, Servicom can, with a fast turnaround, ensure a minimum of disruption whilst equipment is serviced and this can be backed up with a 'like for like' hire should it be necessary to maintain operations at all times.

We’re continually looking to develop our staff and the standards within our business and we’re looking to become ISO9001:2015 accredited with pre-assessments taking place before the end of the year, with the full award scheduled to be complete in 2017.
