Our workshop is equipped with the latest communication test analysers to help diagnose faulty equipment and operated by a team of factory trained engineers.  The workshop has a capacity to handle in excess of 5000 repairs per month if required.  Our ISO accreditation ensures that relevant checks are made with our systems and processes to ensure an efficient and high quality level of service is provided.  The accreditation also checks that the staff and engineers are continually monitored for performance and that the right level of training is given to each engineer.

All equipment received is logged and given a unique reference number for traceability and records maintained for a minimum period of 2 years.  Tracking reports giving a wide variety of details of available (electronically) for volume customers.
