Accreditations
ISO 9002 accreditation and strict adherence to quality procedures ensures that relevant checks are made with our systems and processes, to ensure an efficient and high quality level of service is provided.
The accreditation also ensures that the staff and engineers are continually monitored for performance and that the right level of training is given to each engineer.
All equipment received is logged and given a unique reference number for traceability and records maintained for a minimum period of 2 years.
Electronic reports detailing tracking details of repairs are available for large volume repair customers.
